GP CONSULTATIONS (Face to face and Telehealth)

• Standard (Less than 20 minutes):$100 (Medicare Rebate $41.40)

• Long (20-40 minutes): $155 (Medicare Rebate $80.10)

• Extended (More than 40 minutes): $208 (Medicare Rebate $118.00)

Weekend rates are higher.

PENSIONER CARDS

From 1 March 2022, discounted rates apply. Full payment is required on the day.

TELEHEALTH CONSULTATIONS
Fees apply. Medicare rebates are available for existing patients who have had an appointment in the last 12 months.

New patients or those who have not visited in over 12 months will not receive a Medicare rebate. Full fees apply.

PROCEDURES
Specialist procedures (e.g IUD insertion, skin cancer removal/biopsy) have additional fees, depending on the complexity and duration. Your doctor will inform you of the fee beforehand.

PAYMENT METHODS
EFTPOS, Debit, Visa and MasterCard are accepted (surcharge applies)

CANCELLATION POLICY
A $50 fee applies for missed appointments or cancellations within 6 hours. Your GP may waive this fee at their discretion.

Reschedule or cancel appointments by calling reception or using the Automed App.
